CHOUFFE Blanche
Our emblematic gnome rambles across the mountains in all seasons, summer and winter alike. With his stick and his mammoth waistcoat, he regularly climbs the 6666 meters up Mt CHOUFFE, to breathe in the fresh air of the perpetually snow-covered peaks.
Once he reaches the summit, he likes to pour himself a Chouffe and admire the view.
"Grouff, grouff ?" an inquisitive, shaggy-haired yeti, recognising the sound of beer being poured, approached timidly. "Chouffe ! ... not Grouff !" Marcel told him. The white landscape inspired Marcel to call his new beer, which is so refreshing, smooth and spicy: Chouffe Blanche!

Servez une CHOUFFE digne de ce nom !
Prepare your CHOUFFE glass, which will impress you as it should. It must be clean, dry and at room temperature.
Don't panic... you'll soon be dipping your beard into it! Just be patient!
Swirl it around it and enjoy inhaling its sweet scent.
Pour the rest of the beer in one fluid circular movement. The natural yeast at the bottom of the bottle will spread through the beer and give your CHOUFFE its wonderful naturally cloudy appearance.
There you go... all you need to do now is enjoy it by calmly dipping your beer into its delicate foam!
