  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chickpea water
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 135g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 small cooked beetroot
  • 1 garlic clove

Here’s an original ideal for a smooth and fresh hummus. Enjoy with our new crackers—and a nice Chouffe, of course!

  • In a blender, mix the tahini with the water, oil, lemon juice and chickpea water.
  • Add the beetroot, chickpeas and garlic clove.
  • Blend to a really smooth texture.

It’s ready! Serve and enjoy with our delicious Chouffe crackers!
