Beetroot hummus
10 min | Serves 4 to 6
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chickpea water
- juice of half a lemon
- 135g cooked chickpeas
- 1 small cooked beetroot
- 1 garlic clove
Here’s an original ideal for a smooth and fresh hummus. Enjoy with our new crackers—and a nice Chouffe, of course!
- In a blender, mix the tahini with the water, oil, lemon juice and chickpea water.
- Add the beetroot, chickpeas and garlic clove.
- Blend to a really smooth texture.
It’s ready! Serve and enjoy with our delicious Chouffe crackers!
