Yoghurt, radish and cucumber dip
- 150g Greek-style yoghurt
- 6cm length of cucumber
- 3-4 radishes
- A lemon
- Flat-leaf parsley
- Salt and pepper
Enjoy this fresh, light dip with our new crackers—and a nice Chouffe, of course!
- Place the Greek-style yoghurt in a bowl and season with some lemon juice.
- Grate the radishes and cucumber and mix into the yoghurt.
- Chop up the flat leaf parsley very finely.
- Season the dip with the parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
