  • 150g Greek-style yoghurt
  • 6cm length of cucumber
  • 3-4 radishes
  • A lemon
  • Flat-leaf parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Enjoy this fresh, light dip with our new crackers—and a nice Chouffe, of course!

  • Place the Greek-style yoghurt in a bowl and season with some lemon juice.
  • Grate the radishes and cucumber and mix into the yoghurt.
  • Chop up the flat leaf parsley very finely.
  • Season the dip with the parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
