Parmesan and artichoke dip

- 80g Parmesan
- 300g artichoke hearts grilled with olive oil
- A few sprigs of parsley
- Fleur de sel and pepper
A really easy and tasty recipe, bringing a bit of sunshine to your aperitif. Enjoy it with our new crackers—and a nice Chouffe, of course!
- Put aside two or three artichoke hearts and a bit of parsley for decoration.
- Blend together the remaining artichoke hearts, Parmesan and parsley until you get a smooth dip. If the texture is too thick, add a little oil.
- Season with a pinch of fleur de sel and some pepper.
- Decorate with a little parsley and chopped artichoke hearts.
