Carrot and goat’s cheese spread

- 150g carrots
- 150g fresh goat’s cheese
- 1 tbsp thyme (preferably fresh)
- 1 tbsp honey
- mixed seeds such as pine nuts, linseed, etc. for decoration
A really easy and tasty recipe. Perfect with our new crackers—and a nice Chouffe, of course!
- Peel and slice the carrots.
- Cook them in water until tender.
- Blend the carrots, goat’s cheese, thyme (keeping a few sprigs for decoration) and the honey until you have a smooth spread.
- Just before serving, sprinkle a few sprigs of thyme and some seeds for decoration.
And it’s good to go! Serve this delicious spread with crunchy Chouffe crackers…
