Pizzas with sour cream, broccoli, green asparagus, Emmental cheese and smoked salmon
EASY RECIPE – 4 PERSONS
For the dough:
- 400g of 00-flour
- 200g water
- 36g fresh yeast
- 4tbs olive oil
- 2ts salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
For the topping:
- 125g sour cream
- ¼ broccoli
- 10 green asparagus
- 150g Emmental cheese
- some slices of smoked salmon
- olive oil
- pepper, salt, chives
Mix the olive oil with the flour, sugar and salt.
Crumble the yeast and mix it with the water.
Mix the water and yeast with the flour mixture. Knead well.
Divide into different portions equal to the number of pizzas needed.
Cover them with a towel and let the dough rise for at least 90 minutes.
Roll the pizzas out. Use a bit of flour if they stick.
Spread the sour cream on the rolled out pizzas.
Add little pieces of broccoli and green asparagus, then add the cheese. Put the pizzas into a hot oven (220°-250°C).
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, depending on your oven.
Finish with the chopped chives, salmon and some pepper.
